The V1C/EN400 Belt Elevator is a heavy-duty industrial solution designed for the efficient vertical transport of olives, grapes, and other fruit. This "Mod. B" variant is specifically engineered for high-capacity intake lines, featuring a specialised fish-spine closed-ring belt made from anti-acid rubber. This material ensures longevity and hygiene when processing acidic fruits, preventing degradation from juices and organic acids.
This model is a comprehensive intake station, equipped with a massive 1200mm x 1200mm Stainless Steel loading hopper to accommodate bulk crate or bin tipping. To ensure only clean product reaches your mill or press, it includes an integrated Stainless Steel Leaf Remover. Powered by a high-velocity 2.2kW motor, the suction system effectively strips away leaves and light debris before the fruit ascends the elevator.
The unit is built on a rugged Carbon Steel Structural Frame for maximum stability, supported by a dedicated stand to ensure vibration-free operation during peak harvest periods.
