Standard Olive Slitting Machine

In the standard type olive slitting machine the hopper is in a fixed position on the machine.  Featuring 39 cutting blades the olives are slit in 3 or 4 places depending on the fall down of the olive in this type of machine.

The manufacture of this unit is in AISI 304 stainless steel as well as the cutting blades.  Pulleys and bearings are manufactured from Aluminium based materials.
