Olives are laid out longitudinal on the string conveyor belt. Olives are slit from a single point by the cutting blades. Next they are transferred to the Crushing Drums located on the exit section (provided that olives are crushed from the point where they have been slit is an advantage).
All components of the machine are manufactured in AISI 304 stainless steel. Cutting blades from Chromium steel and string belt from PVC based material.
The machine has a speed controller and can be leveled.
