Oliomio STILE stands as the optimal choice for producers seeking to process their freshly harvested olives promptly, aiming to yield a premium quality extra virgin olive oil.

Oliomio STILE is the perfect solution for producers eager to process their freshly harvested olives promptly, ensuring the production of top-quality extra virgin olive oil. With a processing capacity of 90 to 100 kgs of olives per hour, it is recommended for a daily production of approximately 700-800 kgs in 8 hours. The machine is equipped with a knife crusher, a vertical continuous malaxer, and a 2-phase decanter of the latest generation.

Featuring automatic cleaning through a washing circuit, Oliomio STILE also incorporates advanced functionalities. It includes an inverter for regulating the revolutions of the decanter/crusher, a flowmeter for precise water dosage, a kit for drum washing, and a heating system for the malaxers with a temperature sensor and visualizer on the control panel. Additionally, it is equipped with variator for adjusting the revolutions of the screw feeding the paste to the decanter and the screw feeding the olives to the machine. The machine further includes a kit for malaxer washing and a PSS.1 waste discharge pump with adjustable nozzles.

For optimal performance, it is recommended to pair Oliomio STILE with the washer/deleafer DLE BABY and the stainless steel oil collection vat with a plate (card) filter 20×20 (CPF.0).

Standard voltage options include:
  • Single Phase 220V 5.5 kW 50 Hz (3 poles – 16 Ampere SOCKET)
  • Three Phase 380V 5.5 kW 50 Hz (5 poles – 16 Ampere SOCKET)
Optional features encompass:
  • Olive destoning kit
  • Inverter for regulating the revolutions of the stirrer in the malaxers.

The whole structure is manufactured is in stainless steel AISI 304 and material for food use. 
This machine carries out the crushing, malaxing and separation process to make olive oil.  (fruit washing and leaf removal are optional extras.)
The whole frame is made of AISI 304 STAINLESS STEEL and food-grade material.

Using Fruit Loosening Agents Prior To Harvest

DISCLAIMER:  Please use fruit loosening agents with extreme caution.  The Olive Centre does not make any recommendations as to rates or even the use of this product.  Using fruit loosening agents can result in mass tree defoliation and crop losses.

Here is a recommendation to help guide you through some trial information to help you ascertain the correct application rates for trial.

Application recommendation:

  • Ethephon 48% at 0.05% - 0.07%
  • MPK (Mono potassium phosphate) at 3%
  • Agral 60 - 0.1%

Alternative recommendation:

  • Ethephon 80% at 0.03% - 0.04%
