Each mixer is fitted with a PSS1 pump.
Many options are able to be fitted to this machine arrangement to allow for the maximum processing output and control!

 Can Oliomio machines make cold-pressed olive oil? The term 'cold pressed' as seen on labels of many a bottle of olive oil is nowadays a redundant marketing term. Most modern olive oil plants are not 'pressed' in a traditional matt press but separated with a centrifuge. Low temperatures are preferred during processing as excessive heat can impair the olive oil quality, however some heat is required for efficient extraction. Some reference 27°C as a limit, however the exact temperature that defines excessive heat is debated by many. It is generally accepted that as long as the heat is not enough to cause changes in the olive oil, it can be deemed as 'cold pressed'. Most Oliomio machines include temperature sensors (and in larger machines thermostats) to monitor and control paste temperature for the most efficient extraction while maintaining oil quality. Can Oliomio machines make green olive oil? The colour of your olive oil will be determined by the colour of the fruit added to the machine, the colour is affected by the fruit's maturity at harvest time. If you are putting green olives into an Oliomio, green oil will come out. (If leaves are processed with the fruit, the chlorophyll can sometimes also add green colour to the oil) Can Oliomio machines produce extra virgin Olive Oil. Yes, Oliomio machines are excellent at maintaining oil quality. Machines from the Sintesi and Cultivar series even include features like vacuum malaxers for extra quality control. Don’t forget: quality machinery is just one key factor in producing Extra Virgin olive oil, don't neglect the other key factors: quality fruit, minimal time between harvest and processing and proper storage of the olive oil after processing. Why is an Oliomio olive oil machine better than traditional matt olive press? Traditional matt presses use stone crushing mills and various types of matts which can be difficult to clean and over time can absorb old fruit residues, leading to flavor defects in your oil. Oliomio machines are made of quality stainless steel, which does not absorb aromas or fruit residues, and is much easier to clean. Oliomios use modern centrifuge technology to separate oil from waste and water, for more consistent, higher quality results, whereas traditional matt presses must still separate the resulting oil by settling alone - a less efficient method which keeps the oil in contact with water and pomace, affecting oil quality. Oliomio machines are often more compact, and more portable than most traditional matt presses. What kind of backup do you get with an Oliomio machine?
