Agro Vam Colonising Fungi

Agro-Vam is a root colonizing fungi, for the biological inoculation of trees, shrubs, vegetables and grasses. Agro Vam should improve root development, plant uptake of water and nutrients thus, increasing growth and yield. The thin filaments absorb water and nutrients from the soil and deliver them to the plant. In return the plant provides essential sugars and other nutrients to the fungus. VAM excrete compounds to stimulate the plant to produce additional roots on which the fungi can grow. VAM forms an extensive filament system within the soil that is many times larger than the plant root system, increasing nutrient and water supply to the plant.
