Several different types of plastic packaging can be used... i.e. Can, Barrels, Pails.  Salamura water (Brine) is filled as cold or hot water, then according to the product type either oil or sauce is automatically filled into the package to the basic weight.

After the products cover is closed, washing process occurs via washing nozzles to the outer surface.  Then the outer surface is dried by the help of a blower located at the exit of the machine.  Packages are ready for labelling.
